Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of office strategic initiatives, goals and objectives.

0ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Manage operating division associates to ensure the goals and success of the division are accomplished 2. Assist in the implementation of strategic goals and objectives 3. Exercise appropriate financial and budgetary control 4. Assist in the development of new operating division initiatives 5. Represent the office as needed at Client and Carrier visits while developing and managing those relationships 6. Represent the office as needed at industry functions 7. Support firm wide strategic and quality initiatives 8. Meet or exceed budgetary production goals

QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. The annual base salary for this position is $150,000.00

General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:
