As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor - 1st Shift
* Determine layered audit schedule
* Drive resolution of layered audit findings through the Five Phase Problem Solving Process
* Prepare invoices for sorting activity
* Supervise Liaisons
* Request shipper forms and arrange shipment Clips/CMA operation
* Facilitate the implementation of system changes
* Reflect process changes in our Quality Management System
* Resolve supplier quality issues with the customer when the SQA technician is unable to reach consensus
* Perform layered audits -
* Involved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives the company's continuous improvement process and policies
* Execute or facilitate team training
* Promote and maintain a safe working environment
* Enforce company policies/procedures and corresponding work instructions
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in business or related field.
* 3 years experience in a warehousing/distribution environment
* 2 years of materials experience a plus
* Prior 3PL experience is preferred or other Warehousing/Distribution experience
* Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
