As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor - 1st Shift

Determine layered audit schedule Drive resolution of layered audit findings through the Five Phase Problem Solving Process Prepare invoices for sorting activity Supervise Liaisons Request shipper forms and arrange shipment Clips/CMA operation Facilitate the implementation of system changes Reflect process changes in our Quality Management System Resolve supplier quality issues with the customer when the SQA technician is unable to reach consensus Perform layered audits - Involved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives the company's continuous improvement process and policies Execute or facilitate team training Promote and maintain a safe working environment Enforce company policies/procedures and corresponding work instructions

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business or related field. 3 years experience in a warehousing/distribution environment 2 years of materials experience a plus Prior 3PL experience is preferred or other Warehousing/Distribution experience Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
