TA Staffing is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor for our client. The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

*Responsibilities:*
* Supervise frontline manufacturing operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
* Lead and motivate production teams to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
* Provide guidance and support to employees, including training, coaching, and performance management.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
* Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve issues.
* Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

*Requirements:*
* Previous frontline manufacturing experience, preferably in foam manufacturing.
* Exceptional people management skills with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Flexibility to work first shift hours.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
