Job Summary A Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) Clinical Coordinator provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training, and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialist on an assigned team. Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met and exceeded by direct reports. Ensures assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented for each patient on their team.
