Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations and activities of assigned departments and staff.
  • Oversee and coordinate the distribution of materials and supplies to ensure safe and timely delivery to designated locations.
  • Provide support and oversight for onboarding and training of new staff.
  • Helps with store room orders and supply availability during back orders or substitutions, ensuring timely product availability.
  • Provides support in annual inventory count to determine asset value and additional inventories as requested.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure safe operations, where applicable.
  • Assist in the creation and update of order guides/par areas, store room organization, and labeling system upkeep to ensure an efficient ordering and inventory process.
  • Replenishment of PAR locations, and distribution of all stock supplies and equipment.
  • Enruing stock items are completed on the materials management computer system and all paperwork is processed appropriately.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year warehouse experience of similar setting
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Three or more years of warehouse experience of similar setting
