Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Pay Range: $800 - $1150 weekly

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, price quotes, and order placements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including shipment tracking, returns, and product exchanges.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, including working closely with the sales and shipping departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and their expectations have been met.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
