The company currently has less than 20 people in total in US and Europe. HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies, and maintaining updated employee records. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures always run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange salary and bonus payments to employees using ADP.
  • Employee reimbursement payment.
  • Administer health and life insurance programs.
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they're eligible for (extra
  • vacation days, etc.)
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in
  • employment status.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Process employees' inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Hands-on experience with systems like ADP.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Team management skills.
