LOCATION: Raleigh/Durham Territory
Our client is looking for an ambitious and hardworking Territory Manager to help increase sales revenues and drive customer relationships within an assigned geographical area.
The Territory Manager will work closely with the National Sales Director to promote Sleep products and services to referral sources, identify new opportunities, and maintain relationships with current sources.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in B2B or B2C sales, medical sales experience preferred
Proven track record of increasing sales and exceeding quota
Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite; familiarity with sales CRM a plus
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and leadership ability
Problem-solving aptitude
Responsibilities & Duties:
Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
Make sales calls on healthcare professionals and facilities
Meet customers to address concerns and provide solutions
Develop a call cycle with key decision-makers
Present products and services to customers
Participate in industry events to cultivate relationships
Maintain sales call records in CRM
Communicate with sales leadership on performance
Assess sales performance according to KPIs
Monitor competition in the region
Maintain expense documentation and request reimbursement
Adhere to company policies regarding compliance and confidentiality
Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
Comply with laws, regulations, and policies
Special Skills/Equipment:
Team player with a “can do” attitude
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Experience in a professional environment
Ability to prepare reports and maintain confidentiality
Outstanding customer service
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to be trained in equipment/supplies
Good driving record and valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements and Demands:
Employee stands/walks 6-8 hours in an average 8-hour day
