Aerospace Training Coordinator

Our client is actively seeking an experienced **Training Coordinator** for a long-term hybrid opportunity with a leading Aerospace company located at the Northeast Philadelphia Airport.**Job Responsibilities:**- Evaluate internal and external training requests and resources.- Create requests for quotes to external vendors for content, schedule, and pricing.- Create, publish, and coordinate internal training schedules with hiring, training, and workload demands including venue, participant invitations, and materials production.- Enter training records into HRIS/WORKFORCE NOW training database and external database electronic records. Database entry includes the creation of courses, attendance dates, test scores, certificates, and OJT records to ensure compliance with the FAA, other regulatory agencies, and the company's needs.- Generate and analyze training reports from HRIS, Excel, and SAP for budget, forecast, and corporate reporting.- Create training surveys. Analyze data and provide feedback to the Corporate Training Department regarding course requests and evaluations.- Maintain company’s intranet page.- Provide skilled administrative support with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties, assist management with specialprojects as needed. Example, monthly reporting of foreign national data, I9 logs, preparing/tracking/processing of requests to spend (RAS process), Creating Requisitions/Purchase Orders, posting invoices in SAP, first level resume screening, scheduling interviews, Child/spouse scholarship coordinating of letters, grades and payments, company rewarding and employee anniversary tracking, creating templates and forms, and running complexad-hoc excel reports.**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
