We are looking for an enthusiastic Training Coordinator to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This “hands-on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation while providing a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development.

Your Impact

  • Delivering operational excellence, working in strategic areas of the business, both BOH and FOH to exemplify ideal behavior and identify training needs
  • Creating training initiatives based on identified restaurant needs, new product and system rollouts
  • Intake new hires and completely oversee their 1st 30 days in the business
  • Working directly alongside new hires providing on the job training to ensure readiness for CFA success
  • Developing aspiring leaders, helping provide a clear growth path for team members to grow through all tiers of leadership
  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
  • Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
