Provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Consulting with the employer and identifying employment needsInterviewing potential applicants regarding their skills, experience and educationInforming applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits and dutiesConducting or helping with new employee orientationKeeping process paperwork and employment records electronically Answer telephones and HR emails and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner.Maintain confidential personnel files.Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, administrators, supervisors, management team, and Levy employees. Maintains Uniform Room cleanliness and inventoryPerform HR rounds during the eventHelp Levy employees with ESS, OMS, and Payroll questions. Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform the job safely.Performs other duties as assigned.Skills and QualificationsOne year of Human Resource Experience Exceptional attention to detailCommunication and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct research and create reports or presentationsTime managementAbility to learn quicklyAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionIntermediate computer and office equipment skillsFood & Beverage KnowledgeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFull-Time availability including some event-based weekends, and holidays.
