Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm

AWG's recruiting team is looking for an organized, tech-savvy, people-oriented, & passionate person to join our team as our Recruiting Coordinator

What will you be doing?
  • Helping schedule and coordinate our full cycle recruiting process:
    • Search websites and HCM to locate candidates for interviews
    • Setting up daily interviews
    • Extending Job Offers
    • Schedule physical/drug screens
    • Schedule orientation for new hires
    • Assist with checking-in new hires on orientation days
    • Seamless hand off new hires from recruiting to HR
  • Maintain current and past employee files
  • Create new requisitions within Oracle once a Hiring Manager has submitted their need
  • Maintain and update our internal requisition tracking system
  • The ability to assist with job fairs if need be
  • Collaborating with managers, directors, and VPs when coordinating interviews.
  • Any other duties that could fall into our realm of recruiting or HR
Requirements:
  • 1 - 2 years of recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience supporting a team, maintaining sensitive data, and responding to request.
  • Experience handling multiple projects while meeting pre-determined deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft applications (or Google suite) in a professional capacity.
