We are seeking a Dive Tender to be responsible for supporting the dive team in the preparation, execution, and completion of diving operations. This role involves maintaining and operating diving equipment, assisting divers during underwater tasks, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of all diving activities. The Dive Tender plays a critical role in the success of offshore diving projects and must adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures.

Dive Tender Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of diving equipment, including dive helmets, umbilicals, air supply systems, and communications equipment.
• Support divers in and out of the water, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.
• Operate and monitor diving support systems, including air supply and communication systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of diving equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Monitor divers' safety by maintaining constant communication and observing their condition and activities.
• Assist in the deployment and retrieval of underwater tools, equipment, and materials.
• Keep accurate records of dive operations, including dive times, depths, and equipment usage.
• Assist in emergency response procedures, including diver rescue operations if necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, industry regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in pre-dive briefings, safety meetings, and post-dive debriefings.

Dive Tender Position Requirements

• ADCI (Association of Diving Contractors International)
• 2 years of experience in offshore diving operations or a similar role
• Strong understanding of diving equipment, systems, and safety procedures
• Ability to work in challenging offshore environments, including extended periods at sea
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
