Transportation experience preferred. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Leadership and team management skills. The Recruiting Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates.
