  • Assemble necessary documentation for loan origination
  • Coordinate with Title companies and internal bank departments to prepare for funding
  • Order all necessary reports and clear any issues for funding
  • Order Environmental reports
  • Accurately prepare the closing statements to Title based on the loan approval
  • Accurately prepare the Boarding Sheet for Loan Services for them to book the loan
  • Check for and clear any pre-funding items
  • Prepare wire approvals for funding
  • Upload all documents to our digital database (Synergy)
  • Coordinate loan closings with the loan officer, Title company, and Loan Services
  • Assist the Loan Officer with loan maintenance items such as change of address, advance requests, ordering checks, and other day to day tasks
  • Be a liaison to Credit Administration and Internal Audit Departments.
  • Complete all required product, service, and compliance training as it relates to the position and employment with the bank and adheres to BSA Policy and procedures.
  • Perform all the above duties consistent with professional ethical standards, including reporting any observed ethical violations to the appropriate management, management and/or Board level committees, and/or the Banks ethics hotline.
