Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our factory.

Responsibilities:

Participate in defining and implementing the industrial strategy of the production site.

Manage factory teams (Production, purchasing, quality, etc.) to ensure smooth production activities and product delivery at competitive costs.

Analyze production capacity to plan necessary resources and manage order book emergencies.

Set performance objectives for departments and lead process improvement initiatives.

Propose projects for securing production activity and site development to meet group objectives.

Manage procurement and planning to secure supply of components at best prices and quality.

Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout production phases.

Contribute to human resources management including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Demonstrate a fair approach to discipline and complaint management.

Qualifications and Experience:

DEC or Baccalaureate in engineering or business administration.

5 to 10 years of operations management experience within a factory.

Strong leadership, change management, and team motivation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.

Entrepreneurial spirit, focused on results and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication skills in French and English.

Benefits:

Salary starting from $110,000 depending on experience and expertise plus annual bonus.
