As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel. You will plan and oversee the activities of a diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the hotel and food and beverage outlet. You will plan short-term, long-term, and day-to-day operations of your property. Your focus will be on maximizing revenue and profit levels, continuously enhancing the guest experience, improving the teams morale and development, and ensuring a safe workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure each department exceeds guest service expectations
  • Manage human resources functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions
  • Meet or exceed revenue and profit targets
  • Analyze financial and operational information on an ongoing basis to adjust business plans, labor requirements, and operating costs
  • Oversee Food & Beverage operations to ensure the outlets are maximizing profit levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly inspect guest rooms, restaurant, building exterior, parking garage, etc.

Qualifications

  • At least two years General Manager experience, in select-service/full-service hotels of similar size and caliber.
  • Experience from Marriott or Hilton brands are preferred. Successful candidate must possess excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible hotel management experience.

  • $100k - $130k Base Salary
