We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Content development (blog writing) and researchAssisting with press release writing and media relations activitiesCreating social media campaign plans in partnership with the SFM Marketing teamAssisting with overall marketing activation for the SF Companies, SFM Network facilities, and SFM Events brandsUpdating company website(s) via WordPressUpdating social media business accounts including regular posting and management of content calendarParticipating in/assisting with the organization of the Marketing Department including strategic planning, ideation, and note-takingProject managementTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:Strong writing skills across several platforms, including copywriting, blog writing, and social mediaStrong desire to learn marketing in B2B and B2C spacesUnderstanding of basic marketing practices in digital media, campaign development, and reporting/trackingInterest in sports, content marketing, events, or consultant fieldsExperience in using HubSpot to create and manage email marketing campaigns, forms, and landing pagesExperience in using social media for businessAction-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude and proficiency for efficiencyExtra points for video editing and production experience (not a requirement, but nice to have)MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Working towards a bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA), marketing, advertising, or sports management; or 1-2 years of marketing or advertising job experienceAbility to edit website(s) in the WordPress platformAbility to develop content and write with brand voice in mindExperience in managing business and ad accounts on a variety of social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedInTechnologically savvy with skills in using multiple platforms or software for a variety of tasks such as cloud file management or project managementAdvanced knowledge in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointEntry level or beginner knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically in InDesign and IllustratorSkilled at identifying and creating opportunities or promotions to deliver revenue goalsMust have excellent interpersonal, problem solving and negotiating skillsMust be a team player and deadline-drivenMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills
