Job Description:

  • Partner with Business Leaders and develop/implement effective HR Policies, practices, and support Business growth.
  • Should be able to provide a HR Point of view on all People related matters for the Business.
  • Responsible for all Employee related matters from Onboarding to Offboarding for the Business Unit.
  • Responsible for tracking HIPO Employees & Retention initiatives for key Employees.
  • Handle all Employee grievances, concerns with high level of integrity and ensure confidentiality.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management process.
  • Collaborate with the larger HR team & COE to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence and Engage with all levels of Employees in the organization.
  • Should be able to work at all levels of HR Strategic, Operational, and tactical, influence effectively across all levels of the firm and navigate through ambiguity.
  • Experience in Health Insurance, Benefits Administration and payroll administration, benefit filings, 401K, COBRA Admin. etc., in the USA is essential.
  • Should be well versed with the Employment laws in the USA FLSA Classification, ADA, WARN Act., EEOC Issues, OSHA etc.,

Qualification BS/masters degree in HR.

  • Good communications skills, ability to engage with Employees across levels.
  • Self-starter and a Can do attitude.
  • High intelligence quotient and Maturity level.
  • Working Knowledge of systems and computer application.
  • Good analytical thinking, decision making skills and Problem-solving skills.
  • Should be able to collaborate and influence business teams.
  • Should have experience of handling HR roles in USA.
