Our client is actively interviewing for a Human Resources Generalist that will focus on onboarding of all new employees, workers compensation and a main focus on benefit administration.


Your responsibilities in this role:

- Coordinate leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker's compensation etc.)

- Manage relationships with all our service providers

- Support administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes

- Support organization to comply with applicable government regulations

- Lead enrollments and determine employee eligibility

- Ensure employees are aware of their benefit options

- Coordinate daily benefits processing

- Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration

- Craft benefit appropriate programs such as insurance, wellness etc.

- Work closely with and maintain professional communication with accounting department

- Research employee benefits plans and vendors
