Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing Operations, the Director ofMarketing Operations & Technologywill be responsible for the planning,development and implementation of business processes, strategicinitiatives, infrastructure, and technology required to deliver onmarketing plans and goals. What You'll Do
Collaborate across marketing, sales and enterprise applications teams toensure that we're taking advantage of all that our tech stack has to offerto help drive efficiency at every level of the funnel.
Lead the vision for our marketing technology roadmap - audit and evaluateour marketing technology stack, including automation capabilities, leadprocessing, measurement and reporting - ensuring we are making the most ofour technology investments and measuring marketing effectiveness.
Drive efficiency across the marketing operations team, managing teamcapacity, ruthless prioritization of work based on business need and ROI.Partner with enterprise applications to drive execution of business needs incore systems such as SFDC, RingLead, Outreach and more.
Build and develop a high-performing marketing operations team and build aworld-class marketing operations center of excellence - across people,processes and technology. Mentor team members focused on marketingtechnologies, lead workflow, customer data platforms, and campaign management.
Develop techstack vision for new and existing marketing systems and analyticprograms that drive growth for digital, direct and partner motions,including performance and investment against industry best practices, anddevelop a roadmap for improvements.
Support our marketing systems architecture and strategy, ensuring thatactionable insights pass seamlessly between marketing, sales and productsystems.
Work cross-functionally, collaborating & serving as a strategic partnerto key stakeholders in marketing, sales, business systems & finance tounderstand challenges and opportunities that impact the sales & marketingfunnel and pipeline.Team Leadership & Mentoring
Work with the GTM teams, assessing opportunities and risks, to helprealize their tactical and strategic objectives.

Drive data management to increase data integrity and market reach acrossgeographies; develop marketing database strategy and data requests (e.g.segmentation, list creation).Campaign & Digital Platform Operations
Identify opportunities to transform marketing automation and AI to improveeffectiveness, including data optimization, nurture flows, and lead scoring.
Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, includingMarTech, AdTech, and WebTech.
Manage Website platform and infrastructure, including web development agency
Partner with legal to develop and own our marketing data privacy practicesand promote proper use of marketing data across the GTM team.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will Have...
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldrequired; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience leading a team of MOPs professionals
8-10 years hands on experience implementing marketing applications in hightechnology or subscription software organizations, managing MarTech
