The sponsor has a proven track record with extensive experience; acquiring and asset managing over 15,000 apartment units in the last 12 years. The physical quality of the communities ranges from Class B-C in locations that are Class A-B. The asset business plans vary from value-add to in-place cash-flowing properties.


Job Summary:

The Marketing Director will oversee HVG’s promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. Their responsibilities include developing an overall marketing plan, approving campaigns, and measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods. Additionally, researching market trends, compiling reports about consumer needs, creating marketing campaign content such as graphics, blog posts or social media posts, lead management, and executing marketing events for the company.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies

·        Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective

·        Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market

·        Develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients including digital campaigns, email marketing, and event promotions

·        Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards

·        Run marketing campaigns across emails, search engines, social media platforms, etc.

·        Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company

·        Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service


Desired Skills and Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications

·        Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role

·        Online reputation management

·        Experience working with ILSs

·        Experience with SEO and SEM

·        PPC

·        Marketing materials

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·        Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition

·        Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies

·        Time management and organization to meet strict deadlines

·        Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them

·        Proficient with analysis and design software

·        Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO
