About the Role:

Aviron is seeking an experienced and strategic self starter to join our high-performing team as the Partnerships expert on the block.

As part of the Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence and customer base through influencer, affiliate and strategic partnerships, with a primary focus of building partnerships with non-traditional influencers i.e. experts and creators -

on Instagram and YouTube.

Reporting directly to the CMO/cofounder, you will be tasked with overseeing our existing affiliate channel partnerships, while building the targeting strategy, recruiting and onboarding new influencers across primarily Instagram and Youtube, from the ground up. You will also be supporting the CMO in building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Influencer Engagement

Support the CMO and Head of Growth with developing the GTM partnership strategy and planning on a quarterly basis Build repeatable, scalable processes for prospecting and recruiting influencers; using creative techniques driven by previous experience Build targeting strategy and lists, recruit new partners, affiliates, and influencers across primarily Instagram and YouTube Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, providing them with the necessary resources, support, and guidance to maximize their performance Oversee and guide the Affiliate Manager’s efforts across the current influencer marketing platform, Shareasale Develop compensation structures to optimize the ROI of affiliates; get creative in developing programs and incentives to win and incent affiliates Monitor and analyze affiliate and influencer performance, track key metrics against goals, and provide regular reports to optimize ROI Perform competitive analysis and find opportunities and stay current on the latest news and trends across the industry Collaborate with the Creative team when needed to create engaging affiliate and influencer materials, fact sheets, landing pages, and emails Support the CMO across the strategic partnership process including research, planning, and onboarding

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in influencer marketing, demonstrating the ability to identify and engage influencers of various sizes, and proven success in activating influencer partnerships to improve revenue Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Project Management: Ability to manage multiple detail-oriented assignments while keeping sight of overarching objectives. Affiliate Program Expertise: Prior experience building, implementing, and scaling B2C affiliate programs. Familiarity with platforms like Upfluence, ShareASale, and Aspire is preferred Platform Proficiency: Expertise on Instagram is essential, with some experience on YouTube. TikTok is considered a plus Data-Driven Approach: Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing tools like Excel, GA4 and a knack for defining goals and tracking performance Leadership: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and critical decision-making skills to expand the scope of the position's responsibilities Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders, including creators, agencies, and managers Entrepreneurial Mindset: High accountability and ownership with attention to excellence.
