Job Description

Position Summary

This position will manage projects that have an Oracle EBS component to them. The projects could encompass implementing functionality within EBS or projects that encompass integrations involving data inbound/outbound from EBS. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through the assigned project team members.

Duties and responsibilities include those listed below. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage all aspects of a project, including timeline, scope and budget
Create and manage the project plan, resource plan, stakeholder analysis, issue logs, risk logs, and other relevant documentation to ensure all team members are aligned on deliverables and task
Works closely with 3rd party firms for resources
Assists in defining the scope, timeline and overall budget (to include internal and external resource costs)
Works closely with team members in the business and IT to accomplish tasks
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
Prepares status reports for review and distribution to management and project team
Schedules and facilitates project meetings and workshops
Prepares presentations for project meetings and executive meetings

Qualifications

Education And Experience
Bachelors degree with focus in Business or Technology
PMP Certification and related experience utilizing project management tools and best practices
10+ years implementing Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud, to include HCM, Financials and Supply Chain applications
