Provide oversight and guidance to staff in all facilities which includes teaching, training, and application of compliance skills necessary to enhance our resident care and outcomes. Contribute and participate in each exit for the Quality Performance survey process and assist the survey team/team leader in compiling streamlined report. Assist each facility’s clinical specialist in formulating a plan of correction based on survey results, as requested. Proactively act as a liaison between the compliance, operational clinical division, as well as each facility and Home Office.
