You will develop and enforce needed regulations in all aspects and levels of business as required, and provide leadership and guidance on compliance matters, as well as implementing compliance governance and best practices. Lead legal team members supporting the successful development and implementation of products, programs, and projects. What you'll bring to the role Bachelor's in business, law, or related area. Advanced degree or Juris Doctor degree strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate compliance role; experience in global organization beneficial. Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically, including success in identifying relevant concepts and approaches to meet organization needs, while also being able to develop and execute detailed plans, collect, and interpret large quantities of information, and prepare concise summaries of key findings. Strong relationship management skills, including demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff, global customers, volunteers, and external organizations with a track record of positive long-term outcome-based relationships.
