PGLS is seeking a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about languages, culture, and communication, with a proven track record of creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and generates leads. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Content Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies to promote PGLS's services, establish thought leadership, and engage our target audience across various channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience personas, and industry trends.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content in various formats, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to increase organic visibility and drive website traffic. Conduct keyword research, optimize meta tags, and implement on-page SEO best practices.
  • Content Distribution: Develop and execute multi-channel content distribution plans to maximize reach and engagement. Distribute content through PGLS's website, blog, email newsletters, social media platforms, industry publications, and partner channels.
  • Lead Generation: Create compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) and landing pages to convert website visitors into leads. Implement lead generation strategies such as gated content, email opt-ins, and content upgrades.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content effectiveness and improving ROI.
  • Thought Leadership: Position PGLS as a thought leader in the language services industry by contributing insightful content on industry trends, best practices, and innovations. Seek opportunities for guest blogging, speaking engagements, and media outreach.
  • Operational Support: Provide internal marketing support to various departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Linguistics, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in the language services industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
