Our company is seeking a leader for our sales, customer success, marketing, and graphic design departments. This role is a player-coach role where the right candidate will own company-wide revenue generation including their own sales and team leadership.
Outcomes
Drive revenue growth through personal and team sales efforts
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
Generate leads through coordinated marketing efforts (online advertising, trade shows, email)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Lead market penetration and market development initiatives
Own and successfully launch go-to-market sales and marketing efforts for new products
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales, customer success, graphic design, and marketing teams providing coaching and support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
Own and drive marketing efforts driving high ROI and attributable revenue impact including trade shows, online advertising, and promotional campaigns
Manage and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Minimum of 10 years building sales and/or marketing teams, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software and digital marketing tools
Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to work full-time in our Englewood, CO office (this is not a remote or hybrid position)
We do not consider applicants living outside of the Denver area
Ability to travel for trade shows and client meetings one to two times per quarter

On Target Earnings of $140,000
