Responsibilities

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

Write all social media posts, ensuring they align with our brand's voice and campaign objectives. Craft clear and engaging email subjects and copy that drive open rates and conversions. Develop long-form content such as white papers and research papers that position our company as a thought leader. Create short-form content, including blog posts and heavy social items, that generate interest and shares. Write press releases that effectively communicate company news and initiatives. Produce marketing and company-wide newsletters that inform and engage employees and customers. Develop product page and category page content that drives SEO and conversions. Create sales enablement training documents, including PowerPoint presentations, that empower the sales team with key messaging and product knowledge. Conduct discovery workshops for internal teams to ensure copy aligns with brand and campaign goals. Generate customer-facing sales documents and brochures that clearly communicate value propositions. Proof content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand standards. Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content creation and optimization. All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in B2B equipment marketing or a related field Proficiency with HubSpot and other marketing automation tools Experience with generative AI is highly desirable Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging copy Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Strong understanding of content types to drive marketing goals Solid understanding of SEO principles and tactics within content creation Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines A portfolio of work that demonstrates your copywriting skills across various mediums
