Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to existing accounts, staying up to date with promotions and product offerings and identifying growth opportunities. Develop account?planning strategies and evaluate potential accounts to support business growth. Use the CRM tool to run accounts, maintain call logs, contact information, and generate reports. Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded. Facilitate accurate customer quotes to achieve margin targets in alignment with pricing strategies. Qualifications High school diploma required; 3+ years of sales experience with strong customer service skills; higher?level education in a business?related field preferred. CRM software experience preferred; previous coatings experience highly sought after. Daily travel within assigned territory; valid drivers license required.
