About Our Client: Our client is a legal organization known for their high-profile corporate events and professional services. They are expanding their team and need an experienced Events Planner/Coordinator to manage a variety of corporate events with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

Job Description: The Events Planner/Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of corporate events. This role requires managing multiple events simultaneously, working with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring a high standard of service for all event attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events including dinners, receptions, and multi-day retreats.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, IT, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Oversee event logistics such as budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
  • Handle any special requests and ensure a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
  • Flexible work hours as needed for events.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate event planning.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Adobe; experience with event planning software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with senior executives and managing diverse events.
  • Background in legal or corporate environments is preferred but not required.
Additional Details:
  • The position involves a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days remote each week.
  • Must be willing to work 45-50 hours per week, including occasional overtime and late nights.
  • Background and felony checks are required.
