What You'll Do: Lead the on-site implementation of a new, multi-site network infrastructure for our Eye Care client base. Configure and optimize network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) to ensure secure and efficient data flow across all locations. Implement and manage network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists. Collaborate with the CodexIT team to integrate network infrastructure with existing hardware, software, and diagnostic equipment used by Eye Care practices. Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure optimal network performance. Travel to client locations across multiple states for hands-on network implementation and support. Your Skills Proven experience (5+ years) designing, deploying, and managing complex network infrastructures. In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching, etc.) and network security best practices. Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) from leading vendors. Experience with network management tools and network monitoring software. Familiarity with cloud-based network solutions and technologies is a plus. Excellent understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
