We have branches in 12 states. Youll know you are a successful Customer Service Representative when you:- Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution
- Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts
- Assist with insurance verifications
- Perform Welcome Calls
- Act as back up to our Administrative Assistant to receive loan payments and fund loans
- Perform Skip Tracking and other locate activities
- Previous customer service and/or collections experience
- A valid state drivers license, with an acceptable drivers record
- Access to a reliable automobile for use on a daily basis
