DaBella is currently looking for an individual who is eager to grow into management. This position oversees a team of individuals and reports directly to our Regional Canvass Manager. ***The ideal candidate for this role would be a confident self-starter that thrives in competitive situations.***

* **Status** : Full Time

* **hourly + $1,000 sign-on BONUS + lucrative monthly BONUSES + opportunities for fast paced growth**

As a Field Marketing Supervisor-Canvass Manager in Training (CMIT) you will be learning our daily processes and routines to better understand how to train, teach, and coach future new hires. During your first 90 days you will be evaluated on your ability to learn and apply all our teachings resources to your own daily production while out in the field to help better assist and lead your own team.

**What the ideal candidate brings to the table:**

* Naturally assertive, and determined to achieve goals

* Paid comprehensive training where you will be taught our effective 6 step process on how to generate leads, how to effectively speak with homeowners, and the leadership skills you need to succeed

* Ability to speak with confidence to homeowners

* Be able to motivate and encourage your team at any given moment to help with overall morale and production

* Ability to set and achieve daily goal

**Experience & Qualifications:**

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Excellent verbal and written skills

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record

* Previous leadership/management experience is recommended but not required

* Previous Sales or Canvass experience is a plus
