Sales Representative in Technology

At Signals, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative in Technology, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the support and lead the charge in closing micro-deals
- Be the face of Signals and evangelize our groundbreaking AI solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Align Signals solutions with prospect business objectives.
- Overcome prospect objections effectively.
- Collaborate with the account team to drive new business.
- Stay informed about industry and technology trends.
- Make daily cold calls and train to be a full-cycle closer.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of work experience in any customer-facing field.
- A passion for learning and working hard to achieve your goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great business acumen skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Quick learning when it comes to technology and software programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable resolving conflict.
Benefits:

Compensation:
- $15 an hour with uncapped commissions.
