About this role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to sell Tenon to Fortune 1000 companies that already run ServiceNow. Over 85% of the Fortune 500 have ServiceNow and you will have the opportunity to expand those customers into the marketing department with Tenon. As a Sr. Solutions Consultant, you will be providing personalized Tenon demonstrations to the marketing department of enterprise clients. You will also leverage the ServiceNow platform owners in IT to be a key ally. You will also partner with the ServiceNow field sales team (~6,000 sellers) to help secure new business opportunities.

What Youll Do at Tenon

As a member of the Solutions Consulting team, you will provide skilled technical expertise to support customers with product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements

Participate across the sales lifecycle in acquiring new customers

Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers

Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects as needed

Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between the company and its competitors

Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security

Partner with Account Executives to demonstrate the Tenon platform and supporting solutions to prospects and customers

Own the Tenon demo environment and ensure it is maintained with our latest releases and quality demo data

Demonstrate familiarity and comfort with executive & technical selling situations

Work with the product team to ideate, deliver new features, and innovate on the Tenon platform

Willingness and excitement to jump in and support our customers quickly and independently

Collaborate with internal Sales, Success, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Support, & Services teams to become the voice of the market for internal stakeholders

What Youll Need

2+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in marketing technology

Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions (ex. Salesforce)

Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution to address the customers business issue

Strong presentation, sales skills, and relationship-building acumen

Background in planning, customizing, and delivering strategic product demonstrations and execution plans

A willingness to move fast, try new things, and work collaboratively both internally and externally

Compensation
