Responsibilities:

* Responsible for entering Customer"s orders for products and services

* Effectively communicate with the customer to establish overall customer status

* Accurately identify the type, amount, and required date of product ordered

* Coordinate with the shipping department to meet customer specific requirements

* Coordinate resolution of non-conforming products and issues

* Accurately quotes prices using standard pricing information and customer specific pricing agreements

* Accurately calculate total prices and quantities related to sales orders

* Verify the necessary information related to inventory

* Work with manufacturing to expedite orders to meet customer demand

* Accurately update, maintain, and complete customer information and order status

* Ensures accuracy of all sales orders

* Provides necessary information for the shipment of product

* Interface with Sales and Marketing Representatives to develop plans for customer service

Requirements:

* High school diploma/GED

* 3-5 years of Corporate Customer Service

*Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Detail oriented

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook

* Must be able to use a laptop, continuously

Responsabilidades:

* Responsable de ingresar los pedidos de productos y servicios del Cliente.

* Comunicarse efectivamente con el cliente para establecer el estado general del cliente.

* Identificar con precisin el tipo, cantidad y fecha requerida del producto solicitado.

* Coordinar con el departamento de envo para cumplir con los requisitos especficos del cliente.

* Coordinar la resolucin de productos y problemas no conformes.

* Cotiza precios con precisin utilizando informacin de precios estndar y acuerdos de precios especficos del cliente.

* Calcular con precisin los precios totales y las cantidades relacionadas con los pedidos de venta.

* Verificar la informacin necesaria relacionada con el inventario.

* Trabajar con fabricacin para acelerar los pedidos y satisfacer la demanda de los clientes.

* Actualizar, mantener y completar con precisin la informacin del cliente y el estado del pedido.

* Garantiza la precisin de todos los pedidos de ventas.

* Proporciona informacin necesaria para el envo del producto.

* Interfaz con representantes de ventas y marketing para desarrollar planes de servicio al cliente.

Requisitos:

* Diploma de preparatoria / GED

* 3-5 aos de Servicio al Cliente Corporativo

*Fuertes habilidades de comunicacin escrita y verbal

* Orientado al detalle

* Competente en Microsoft Excel, Work y Outlook.

* Debe poder utilizar una computadora porttil, de forma continua.
