Wat ga je doen?
In ons team help je onze klanten op een vriendelijke en deskundige manier, zowel aan de telefoon als via e-mail. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en problemen en helpt bij het oplossen van complexere issues. Ook ondersteun je de collega's van de eerste hulplijn. Je leert prioriteiten te stellen, zodat problemen snel en efficint worden opgelost. Je helpt mee met het verbeteren van onze processen en procedures en je leert hoe je netwerken en apparatuur installeert, beheert en up-to-date houdt. Soms draai je mee in stand-by diensten om proactief problemen te monitoren en op te lossen. Je leert ook hoe je duidelijk communiceert met zowel interne teams als klanten. Het is belangrijk dat je complexe technische zaken begrijpelijk kunt uitleggen aan de klant.

Functieomschrijving

Als junior met een passie voor netwerk engineering en een solide basis in netwerkkennis, sta je te popelen om je snel te ontwikkelen in dit vakgebied.

Je hebt een MBO+/ HBO-diploma in een IT-gerelateerde richting op zak en je hebt al ervaring opgedaan met netwerkinfrastructuur.

Wat jou echt onderscheidt, is je leergierigheid en je sterk ontwikkelde verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Je bent klaar om jezelf te bewijzen en om uit te groeien tot een betrouwbare en competente netwerk engineer

Wat we zoeken?
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, zoeken we iemand met een basiskennis van netwerken en IT-ondersteuning, zonder strikte ervaringseisen. Je hebt minimaal een MBO+ werk- en denkniveau en een rijbewijs is een pluspunt. Belangrijker nog is dat je:

Goed kunt reageren op taken en snel en nauwkeurig kunt handelen

Vriendelijk bent, maar ook assertief wanneer nodig

Een goed gevoel voor humor hebt

Duidelijk en professioneel kunt communiceren

Flexibel bent en in staat bent om snel op situaties te reageren om klanten echt te helpen

Het hebben van kennis over routers en internet van onschatbare waarde. Deze kennis vormt het fundament waarop je verdere vaardigheden en expertise in netwerkontwerp, configuratie en onderhoud kunt opbouwen.
