Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat alle meldingen snel worden geregistreerd en opgelost. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van allerlei ICT-problemen, van makkelijke tot moeilijke, zowel op afstand als op locatie. Ook help je bij projecten van interne IT-teams. Omdat je al best wat weet over systemen, vind je het leuk om je kennis te delen met je collega's. Tevens fungeer je als schakel tussen RTL Nederland en externe IT-leveranciers Je hebt 1-3 aantoonbare jaren ervaring in het vakgebied. Je bent MBO+ of HBO geschoold richting ICT, bij voorkeur beheer of servicemanagement Je hebt kennis van Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune en Microsoft Entra ID Ervaring met Microsoft Configuration Manager, Group Policies, OKTA en Netwerken (o.a. WIFI) Diepgaande kennis van Windows 10/11 en macOS Ervaring met service managementsysteem Jira Service Management is een pré Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in woord en schrift in Nederlands & Engels Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen de IT Je bent klantvriendelijk klantgericht, stressbestendig, flexibel, open blik, communicatief vaardig en je bent in staat om door te vragen naar de werkelijke problemen die spelen bij de gebruiker Je hebt geen 9-5 mentaliteit Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs De afdeling Service Operations bestaat uit verschillende disciplines; Security Operations, Cloud & Infra en IT Servicedesk. Binnen de discipline IT Servicedesk werkt een team van 7 diverse medewerkers en een Service Delivery Manager nauw samen. Voor RTL is IT ontzettend belangrijk.
