ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Recruit for all open positions (exempt & non-exempt) using a variety of sources (LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs, and university recruiting) • Ensure a best-in-class applicant experience throughout the interview & hiring process, adhering to all legal and brand standards • Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels for all positions within the organization • Utilize all sourcing methodologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, resume mining, and professional relationships with various associations (networking), university placement offices, etc. • Conduct initial candidate screening to qualify the applicant by obtaining work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements • Manage the creation of requisitions, job postings and job descriptions through the ATS and other recruitment sites
