Client Overview:

Our client, a premier benefits consulting firm located in Cumming, GA . The company services target the Public working sectors and assists with annual enrollment for Teachers, Government staff, Police, etc. This company has a high-level of servicing it's clients to provide benefits consulting, benefits administration, and employee engagement solutions while relieving the administrative burden for clients. The office is on-site in Forsyth County School office. The company holds a very high standard for business culture, collaboration, and teamwork. They are seeking a Annual Enrollment Benefits Specialist to join their team

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20.50/hr

Position Overview:

The Annual Enrollment Benefits Specialist plays a major role during the annual enrollment period and is a key contributor to the success of the company. As an Annual Enrollment Benefits Specialist, you will provide customer support on-site and lead the annual enrollment process with individuals needing assistance. The role will interact in person with clients and assist with selecting benefits for open enrollment. In this role, you'll be supporting the employee benefits programs, communication, compliance, and website navigation. This role oversees the execution and oversight of the client deliverables throughout the annual enrollment period. The position would have a group training class starting at the beginning of October. This position is meant to be a temporary role for +2 months during the annual enrollment period but, could have possible permanent opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Annual Enrollment Benefits Specialist:

  • Maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing customers in-person
  • Respond to inquiries, assist in enrollment processes, and resolve potential client issues
  • Navigate through the annual enrollment website and answer questions regarding benefits
  • Explain enrollment programs in Spanish and English. Read and Write
  • Collect required documentation and ensure it is filled out properly
  • Screen filing applications and change forms as needed
  • Address any enrollment issues or setbacks
  • Perform accurate data entry using a database
Qualifications for the Annual Enrollment Benefits Specialist:
  • 1 to 3 years of employee benefits and annual enrollment experience
  • Strong track record of building and leading client relationships
  • Relevant industry experience is preferred: Employee Benefits, Insurance, Consulting, Human Resources, or Healthcare
  • A compelling leader who can engage and educate customers and prospects professionally
  • Remote candidates will not be considered
  • Must be able to provide individual's own laptop
Education Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or Equivariant experience is required
