HarcoSemco Customer Account Manager (CAM) Position HarcoSemco is a Custom Aerospace Components Manufacturer with over 65 years of experience in designing and fabricating temperature sensors, thermocouple systems, interconnect cable-harness assemblies, probes, and sensors. Located in Branford, CT, we serve the commercial, business, military jet, rotor, and spacecraft markets. We are seeking a results-driven, growth-oriented Customer Account Manager (CAM) to work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and Engineering. The CAM will increase sales through quoting, pricing analysis, cross-selling, and customer communication. Responsibilities also include estimating labor and material costs based on RFP data, collecting cost data from various sources, and ensuring export compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process incoming purchase orders and coordinate with production planning and management. Act as customer support liaison for delivery scheduling, complaints, order writing, and repairs. Quote pricing for new and existing products. Manage contract review processes within the Business Unit, collaborating with support functions. Process orders by consulting with technical/engineering personnel and considering engineering changes. Handle customer shipping needs, including portal navigation and interaction with shipping teams. Prepare reports, quotations, warranty explanations, and sales summaries. Interpret RFQ requirements from customer drawings and specifications. Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% as required. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, BOMS, and manufacturing methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer portals. Effective communication skills in person, via phone, and in writing. Ability to analyze customer order trends and provide pricing support. Independent problem-solving skills and organizational ability under stress. Attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or 5 years of relevant experience. Minimum 2-3 years' experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar environment. At least three years in Sales and Contract Administration preferred. Customer management experience is a plus. Aerospace industry experience is preferred. Physical Demands & Work Environment Standard office environment with controlled temperatures. Potential exposure to manufacturing noise. Ability to sit, stand, reach, bend, and handle equipment or inventory. Wearing PPE as necessary on the manufacturing floor. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits.
