Position Summary

Performs all functions necessary to maintain the efficient workflow, coordination, management, and assistance of projects as needed. Work cooperatively as a team member and demonstrate behaviors of trust and respect toward others. Oversee Power DMS policy lifecycle and assist Executive Leadership, Administration, Plant Operations and IT with projects as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative coordinator duties that require a wide range of planning and organizing.Manage Power DMS policies and procedures in coordination with executive and administrative leadership.
  • Manage contracts through Power DMS in coordination with executive and administrative leadership.
  • Manage annual contract reviews in coordination with executive and administrative leadership.
  • Manage complex projects within the specified time frames.
  • Type policies, policy committee meeting minutes, manuals, and reports as directed.
  • Assist Director of Plant Ops with Environment of Care responsibilities as directed.
  • Assist Chief Operations Officer with Emergency Management responsibilities as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
