We encourage all to apply for this position.Position Responsibilities:Overall administrative support of Marketing activitiesCoordination of department paperworkTaking meeting minutesScheduling and executing mailingsFulfilling literature requestsExecuting shipping requestsScheduling social media content on Renfrew platformsCompiling monthly social media analyticsTranscribing podcast episodesData entryBooking travelInventory managementCompiling reportsCompleting researchAssisting in planning and execution of special eventsCoordination with Accounts PayableOffice managementEducation, Competencies, and Credentials: - High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in marketing preferred.- Experience in Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.- Strong organizational and computer skills.Hours: 40 hours, M-FHealth and Welfare Snapshot:-Medical/RX and Vision-Dental-Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)-401K Plan with Employer Match-Voluntary Short-Term Disability-Employer Paid Long-Term Disability-Group Life and AD&DThe Renfrew Center has been a pioneer in the treatment of eating disorders since 1985.
