Job Description:
  Endorse Infinity is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Position Type: Full-timeSalary:  $18.50 - $28.00 per hour



Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
