Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Archetype Permanent Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our business by managing and expanding our client relationships. This is a commission-based role with no base salary. You will be responsible for understanding the unique staffing needs of our clients and ensuring that we find the best-fit candidates to fill their open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their staffing requirements and become a trusted partner in their hiring process Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to source top-notch candidates for client positions Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with clients. Present only the most qualified candidates to clients Client Consultation: Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and industry trends to help them make informed hiring decisions Negotiation: Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating the negotiation of employment offers and terms to ensure a successful placement Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts. Upsell additional recruitment services and solutions as needed Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as fill rates, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction. Take proactive steps to address any issues and continuously improve service quality

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or sales, preferably in the staffing industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools *WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE*
