Job Responsibilities:

Own the overall implementation and customization against commercial brand programming initiatives to align with brand marketing plans. Lead, inspire, coach and develop trade marketing team of 5 direct reports. Leverage commercial expertise and knowledge to translate brand strategies into actionable trade programs to drive growth and market share. Influence and lead team to execute strategic trade marketing key initiatives which deliver growth targets nationally, while leveraging regional/local nuances. Own trade marketing & sales brand development budget management process against planning, forecasting and activation. Spearhead process enhancements, workflow optimization, and digital initiatives to foster operational efficiency and adapt to evolving market dynamics. Own the development and execution of on and off-premise playbooks, providing support to ensure seamless implementation. Develop and refine marketing and sales collateral, including content creation and copywriting. Conduct research, assess, and present findings on the effectiveness of trade marketing strategies. Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships with internal departments (Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, Creative, Compliance) and external partners (Distributors, Brand Partners, Agencies, Vendors) Visit key markets on a regular basis to spend time in field gathering intel, best practices, and be included in distributor business reviews and sales meetings. Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in brand/commercial management, trade marketing, or related roles within the consumer goods industry. Ideal candidate will have experience with adult beverage industry. Proven track record of successfully implementing commercial brand programs and trade marketing initiatives. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience in leading a team of direct reports. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and trade marketing software/tools. Ability to travel up to 25% or as business needs change.
