**About the Role**

We are passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience, every time. As a Customer Experience Associate youll obsess over each customers experience and work cross functionally to ensure our promise of incredible service is fulfilled. You will primarily support our fleet customers, while providing support to our direct-to-consumer customers as required.

**What You Will Be Doing**

* Provide real-time support to Service Professionals in the field to ensure successful deliveries.

* Triage all incoming fleet customer support requests and resolve or escalate to account owner.

* Collaborate with Account Management on escalated support requests and ensure positive customer outcomes.

* Assist with account implementation and launch.

* Escalate issues in real-time to customer contacts.

* Provide support for direct-to-consumer deliveries.

**What You Should Already Have**

* BA/BS Degree.

* 3+ years of multi-channel B2B/B2C support experience.

* Experience utilizing customer service tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or JIRA.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with impeccable grammar.

* Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
