Instructs members on the proper use of financial services. Prints and reviews member statements or account histories; counsels members regarding their accounts. Makes corrections to accounts as needed and detects possible fraudulent activity. Assist with various branch duties as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience in the loan and/or member service department of a credit union or similar financial institution. High School diploma with some college desirable. Ability to effectively communicate and deal with people professionally. Neat and professional appearance. Ability to follow core values of team-focused, excellence, authenticity, and innovation. Physical requirements include operating normal office equipment and some lifting not to exceed 25 lbs.
